BlueOC Tech has remained at the same address in Technopark Tower, but the space around us has changed considerably. Looking back at our office in 2022 and today reveals more than an expansion. It reflects how a young technology company gradually grew into a wider team with deeper capabilities and greater responsibilities.
Five years can change the meaning of a familiar place. A meeting room that once felt spacious begins to fill more quickly. Desks are rearranged as new colleagues arrive. Conversations that began with individual development requirements grow into discussions about platforms, AI, data, security and long-term transformation.
BlueOC Tech’s story between 2021 and 2026 can be seen through this gradual change. We did not leave Technopark Tower for a new address. Instead, we expanded within it, allowing the workplace to grow alongside the people, work and ambitions it supports.
The space where the journey took shape
BlueOC Tech was established in 2021 with an ambition to connect strong engineering capability from Vietnam with complex business challenges around the world. By 2022, our office at Technopark Tower had become the everyday setting in which that ambition began taking practical form.
It was here that early teams learned how to work across cultures and time zones, enter unfamiliar business domains and translate complex requirements into reliable technology. The office witnessed product discussions that stretched beyond their scheduled time, technical questions that covered entire whiteboards and moments when difficult problems were gradually made manageable through collective effort.
The value of that original space was never defined by its size. It came from the closeness it created between people. Questions could travel quickly across the room, knowledge was shared informally and every new challenge became part of the team’s common learning.
The photographs from 2022 preserve that period with particular honesty. They show a company still forming its routines, strengthening its capabilities and learning what kind of organisation it wanted to become.

What changed without changing address
From the outside, the story can be described simply: BlueOC needed more room and expanded its office within Technopark Tower. Yet additional space was a consequence of growth, not the whole meaning of it.
Between 2021 and 2026, the nature of BlueOC’s work became broader and more interconnected. What began with software development evolved into capabilities spanning digital engineering, cloud, data, AI, intelligent automation, cybersecurity, IoT and digital twins. Projects increasingly required engineers, consultants and problem-solvers from different disciplines to understand the same business context and work toward a shared outcome.
The company also became more international in how it operates. Teams and partners across Vietnam, Japan and the United States brought different working styles, domain perspectives and expectations into the same conversation. As that network expanded, communication became more than a supporting skill. It became part of the engineering itself.
The difference between the two office photographs therefore cannot be explained only by a wider floor plan. One captures a team establishing its foundations. The other reflects an organisation learning how to coordinate more people, disciplines and responsibilities without losing the openness that shaped its early years.

An expansion designed around how we work
BlueOC’s expanded office was developed not simply to accommodate more desks, but to support a more collaborative way of building technology. The environment creates more room for focused engineering work, team discussions, knowledge-sharing sessions and conversations with partners.
This distinction matters because increasingly complex technology challenges are rarely solved within a single function. A technically correct solution can still fail when the business context is misunderstood, operational constraints surface too late or teams work from different assumptions. Better outcomes begin when the right people can examine a problem together before committing to an answer.
The expanded space supports that process. It gives teams more opportunities to share context, challenge assumptions and learn across levels of experience. It also allows the office to serve as more than a place of production. It can become a place where capability is developed through mentoring, internal sharing and the everyday exchange of judgement between colleagues.
The office itself cannot create a strong culture. It can, however, make the behaviours behind that culture easier to practise.

Growth is ultimately measured by responsibility
For BlueOC’s leadership, the expansion carries a meaning beyond physical growth. A larger team creates more opportunities, but it also increases the company’s responsibility toward its people. More complex projects demonstrate capability, but they also require better judgement and greater accountability. Stronger international partnerships open new possibilities, while raising the standard of communication and delivery expected from every team.
“When I look at the photographs of our office in 2022 and today, I do not see two different places. I see the same foundation carrying a much greater responsibility. We once focused on proving what a committed engineering team from Vietnam could build. Five years later, our responsibility is larger: to create lasting value for our partners, develop people who can lead through complexity and build a company capable of growing without losing the qualities that made that growth possible.”
— Mr. Harry Vu, CEO of BlueOC Tech.
This is why the office expansion should not be understood as a finish line. It is evidence that BlueOC has entered a new stage, one in which growth must be supported by clearer thinking, stronger systems and a deliberate investment in people.
The visible change is the space. The more important change is the standard BlueOC now expects from itself.
What the photographs cannot show
A photograph can show additional desks, larger meeting areas and a more developed working environment. It cannot capture the full distance between the company BlueOC was becoming in 2022 and the organisation it is continuing to build in 2026.
That distance is made up of accumulated experience: difficult releases, unfamiliar industries, lessons from projects, conversations with partners and the growth of individuals who took on responsibilities they had not previously imagined. It is also reflected in the company’s ability to approach technology through a wider lens, connecting engineering decisions with operational realities and long-term business value.
Those changes did not happen all at once. Like the office itself, BlueOC expanded gradually. New capabilities were added, processes matured and people grew into increasingly complex roles. The transformation becomes visible only when the two moments are placed beside one another.

The same foundation, with more room to grow
Remaining at Technopark Tower gives this five-year story a sense of continuity. BlueOC did not need to leave its starting point behind in order to move forward. Instead, the company created more room around the foundation it had already built.
The familiar address still carries the memories of BlueOC’s early years, but it now holds a broader range of people, ideas and possibilities. The office has grown because the work has grown. The work has grown because clients and partners have placed greater trust in the team. That trust, in turn, asks BlueOC to keep learning and raising its standards.
The photographs from 2022 and 2026 mark two moments in the same journey. One shows where the foundations were formed. The other shows how far those foundations have carried us.
The address remains the same. The horizon is considerably wider.
