The client has provided a popular online learning platform worldwide with 750+ institutions, 24,000+ teachers and 3 million+ students.
The client has yet to take full advantage of the new opportunity for online learning afforded by new and emerging technology. Their existing production system and workflows lend themselves to the authoring and production of long-form, print-driven, textual content and are less well suited to the creation of online learning tasks.
The BlueOC team consisted of resources to constitute a single, based Scrum team. In addition, BlueOC supplied Solution Architect, Business Analysis to gain business domain knowledge and explore technical needs. The BlueOC development team has built a system which has stronger connections and increased learning with students, track lessons and attendance, set up automated billing - “set it and forget it”. Details of what the team will do on a day to day on a monthly basis will be dealt collaboratively.
