With the diversification of customer’s needs, more and more Valve configurations are needed.
The demand for shorter testing times and higher automation levels at sample testing (QA Test) and R&D testing (prototype testing) become critical. Kaneko has already developed their automated test system with full automation of the Valve controlling data logger but lacks of resourcing to customize them.
We provide deep-level customization in all aspects ranging from device connecting, PLC controlling flow, Data logging, and analysis. With the well-defined data collecting and data structure, Valve operation data can be used for later use such as AI model training or BI which helps to further analysis and early detection.
The Smart valve is being controlled automatically while its operation parameters are being monitored and logged. The collected data is then used to train AI model to help detect the defect pattern, suggest possible issue type, estimated remaining life time. This could provide customer more economic, efficiency way using Kaneko smart valves
